TULA SCIENCE OF EMOTIONS IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO BOOST THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF THE LEARNERS

During their reflective journey, learners will develop their growth mindset and appreciation as they discover the science of emotions—what it is, why we experience them, how they can help us, and the tools to help us navigate emotions.

Learners will practice compassion and social skills to emotionally connect with themselves and other people. Along the way, they will also sharpen their self-regulation skills to manage their behavior and respond to difficult situations in life. As the program concludes, learners will have the opportunity to present their self-awareness journey.
